His professional design and architecture background is certainly invaluable. He is good at articulating the physical manifestation of a brand but he also understands that for a place to be really great it’s as much about mood, emotion and other things you can’t put a finger on.
Before joining Milligan, Paul was head of RTKL UK, a US architectural practice with perhaps the strongest track record in retail of any practice in the world.
