John founded the company and leads each Milligan project.
John has over 20 years of specialist retail experience. He is brilliant at identifying potential sites and coming up with the retail concept. He understands what it takes to make a centre work and how best to finance the venture. Just as important – he knows when there is no potential for growth.
Before setting up Milligan, John was an international director at Jones Lang LaSalle. He set up and led the company’s European retail group – over 250 people advising
clients on 2.5 million square metres of shopping centre space. During his
career he has managed over 80
shopping centres.
