Milligan has agreed a deal to work in partnership with the owners of London City Airport (LCY) to drive all non-aeronautical revenues.
We are working with LCY to produce a strategic plan for the growth of the airport in time for the London Olympics in 2012. The strategic plan involves a commercial analysis, brand assessment and master planning exercise. The number of passengers using London City Airport is set to almost double from 2.9 million to approx 5million over the next 5 years.
We are looking to enhance the customer experience without compromising the efficiency of the airport.
London City Airport benefits from an enviable passenger profile, average incomes are £82,600 per year, almost 3 times the national average.
We believe that the airport offers a unique opportunity for brands to engage with some of the world’s highest earners. These consumers are notoriously hard to reach and we have them as a captive audience.
