Tenants flock to Liverpool mallDeveloper Milligan has unveiled its tenant line-up for the Met Quarter
in Liverpool’s Whitechapel. Anchors Armani, Flannels and Hugo Boss
have been joined by Hobbs, Mikey, Aspecto, All Saints and Sassoon Studio.
The Met Quarter’s only catering unit has been taken by Cafouge.
On completion next year, the scheme will provide 150,000 sq ft (13,935sq
m ) of retail space in 46 units on two levels. The latest signings bring
the amount of floor space let to 60 per cent.
