Milligan signs five year agreement with Manchester Airport

Milligan has recently signed a five year agreement with Manchester Airport plc to manage and develop commercial facilities at the airport.

The airport's strong growth in recent years is set to continue. Already the UK's third largest airport, passenger numbers are forecast to increase by around 40% to approximately 30 million annually in five years' time. With retail sales at the airport growing ahead of passenger numbers, there are plans to develop some additional 16000 square metres of additional airside space which will present great opportunities for retail and commercial activity.

Major redevelopments are planned for Terminals One and Two, underpinned by new research into customer mindsets and attitudes. They will enable us to provide a fantastic retail environment with a range of unit sizes, and offer great opportunities FOR quality brands to showcase their product.
